Quick fix?: Sorry, i don't know of a quick fix here. But most gyms offer a group class featuring exercise with weights. These tend to give you better results because they help you build muscle mass. Expect to do squats and crunches, of course. Listen to your body as you get started. A little soreness is normal after your first class, but severe pain - or chest symptoms/breathing trouble - should be checked.

Diet & exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
