Time and training: Resistance training wth high intensity combined with a healthy diet with adequate maounts of protein, fat and carbs and time will build muscle in a healthy way. If you are looking for a quick fix (like steroids) you can increase faster, but this is very dangerous for your health. Be very careful with muscle building supplements they can casue serious problems.
