OPK or ultrasounds: If you have regular periods you can use an ovulation predictor kit (opk). Iui can be timed according to when your OPK goes positive. You can also have ultrasound scans to measure the size and number of follicles developing in your ovaries, which may be combined with blood tests to check your estrogen levels. If you have irregular cycles see a rei specialist.
