What causes a cystic lesion following an operated low grade glioma <asrocytoma grade 2> 6months later?

Depends: "cystic lesion" is not very specific. It could be gliosis (scarring) in the surgical bed. It could be radiation necrosis if you have had radiation. Or it could be the tumor growing again.
