I just started using biotene mouth spray to clean my tongue piercing & now i have bumps on the bottom of my tongue , can it be an allergic reaction ?

Could be: Biotene contains peppermint oil and egg\ milk bi products so if you have an allergy to either, don't use biotene. Biotene is used to treat xerostomia and is not used to cleanse tissues in the mouth. Try listerine or hydrogen peroxide. If the bumps persist, see a dentist for an exam.
