Lots of things: Besides migraine, lots of things can cause left sided headaches (or right-sided headaches). There is no disease which only causes left-sided headaches--if this is what you mean by your question. Other causes of unilateral headaches includes brain tumor, blood clots, bone infections, aneurysms, blood vessel malformations, cysts, scalp abscess, etc.
