Muscle twitching: This sounds like an irritable, superficial nerve or muscle fibers of uncertain etiology. It commonly occurs in an eyelid. I doubt it is anything serious in view of the absence of other neurological symptoms. Try avoiding caffeine and see your physician if the symptoms persist or worsen.
