What can cause burning/pinch feeling in left side of my head? had mri w/wout contrast in february. normal. but now this is a newer symptom since then

Nerve irritation: Burning sensation may be a skin nerve that is irritated, but this is my pure guess given no significant information provided. A normal head MRI is encouraging, but if your symptoms have not subsided and you are now having a new one, it's time to talk to your doc again.
