Consult your Dr.: You may have been on a wrong antibiotic, so urine culture & sensitivity test should be done to make sure you are on an appropriate antibiotic. You need a work-up, including a kidney & bladder ultrasound including post-void views if antibiotic does, t take care it. You might have a kidney or bladder stone which is seeding your uti, or carry a significant post-void residual. Then urology consultation.
