Something else: Antibiotics for a UTI should resolve symptoms if the pain is UTI related. Sometimes an antibiotic will not be the right one for that particular bacteria: a urine culture can clarify this, if you haven't already had that done. Other things that can cause similar pain include endometriosis, some stds, a bleeding ovarian cyst, or other bladder disorders. See a gynecologist for an exam.

Cystitis: Either you don't have a UTI as the cause of your symptoms or you have a bacteria resistant to the antibiotic you've been taking. Either way, i would encourage you to see a urologist for further evaluation.

UTI symptoms: A woman with UTI symptoms that don't quickly clear up with a standard urinary antibiotic should see a gyn specialist. There are resistant bacteria strains that can be detected on a urine culture and other conditions that can be diagnosed by exam.
