Sciatica links: Probably not, but there was a recent study liking long term chronic back pain with chronic infection. The patients were treated with antibiotics and their back pain improved.

Sciatica: In routine sciatica it would be very unlikely there is a relationship, the exception being a person with a myelomeningocele, a birth anomaly.

Generally No: However if the UTI made it to the kidneys, you could have pyelonephritis which can cause back pain.
