No contact sports: Repetitive concussions will produce serious long term neurological complications. We have always known this, but it is now becoming better understood by more people. Concussion is a form of brain injury. Most recover well the first time, but recurrent concussions accumulate brain injury. Maintain good health habits and avoid contact sports and dangerous activities that could lead to concussion.

Multiple concussions: Need to determine a course of action for you. Treatments in the short term is the same. Long term treatments depend on numerous factors. Seeing a concussion specialist may help
