Is it really true that concussions are easier to get if you had one? what if mris were normal?

Yes: Yes, typically concussions are more common if you have had a prior one. MRI or Ct does not diagnose concussion. It does make sure you do not have structural damage. However, concussion is a clinical diagnosis.
