Acne treatments: Benzaclin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) is a combination topical medication containing benzoyl peroxide (a drying agent) and Clindamycin (an antibiotic) used to treat acne. Retin-a (tretinoin) is a topical agent that improves skin turnover, and reduces sebaceous duct obstruction, in the treatment of acne. Tretinoin is also used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
