Sleepiness: Step one is besure you have been getting adequate night-time sleep. This means both quanity and quality. A typical minimum is 7 hrs. But everyone is different. If you have been told you snore excessively or have been observed to stop breathing while sleeping, or never get refreshing sleep. You might have sleep apnea. Consult a pulmonary specialist about this problem.
