Integrative Medicine: I recommend you consider an evaluation by an integrative medicine or functional medicine doctor. I would encourage you to not just surrender to the diagnosis. Acupuncture, hormone optimization, exercise, detox of heavy metals if present, stopping gluten and other food sensitivities, attending to any methylation SNPS, can all help in addition to the more mainstream treatments.
