What can i do to address the symptoms of fibromyalgia?

See your doctor: First a proper/correct diagnosis is important. There are many available drugs which may help. The key is to try to stay active. A body at rest stays at rest.

Integrative Medicine: I recommend you consider an evaluation by an integrative medicine or functional medicine doctor. I would encourage you to not just surrender to the diagnosis. Acupuncture, hormone optimization, exercise, detox of heavy metals if present, stopping gluten and other food sensitivities, attending to any methylation SNPS, can all help in addition to the more mainstream treatments.
