A member asked:

Can early satiety stem from the wellbutrin (bupropion) im taking? or is it a indication of gastric cancer

Perhaps: You are not likely to have gastric cancer. Early satiety could be due to wellbutrin (bupropion). Wellbutrin (bupropion) is associated with modest weight loss (it was actually studied as a weight loss medication but the effect wasn't strong enough). It can also slow down passage of food through the GI system which could lead to early satiety.
