No known connection: There is no known connection between Wellbutrin (bupropion) and BC. In fact, many oncologists prescribe specifically Wellbutrin (bupropion) a it's not an SSRI and works with dopamine instead. However, Wellbutrin (bupropion) affects the metabolism of tamoxifen, and should be avoided if you use tamoxifen. This is general information.
