Should be OK.: Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. A well balanced diet should provide all the protein needed. Taking an Amino Acid supplement should do no harm, unless taking too much, or there are genetic problems (people with pku must not take phenylalanine, which is in the "2222, ") or if the product is tainted (a tainted tryptophan supplement a number of years ago caused severe health problems).
