That would be up to the surgeon who performed the procedure. Driving a car, especially with your right leg, requires putting pressure on your right leg when applying the gas and brake. It depends on how much pressure you are allowed to put on the leg if driving is allowed. So, ask your surgeon if driving is allowed yet. Best of luck to you!
