Maybe: Depends on what you are trying to achieve. If nighttime awakening related to COPD is a problem, a bedtime nebulization could be helpful. Otherwise, a scheduled nebulization at night does not normally add any benefit.

Not sure: Not sure what you mean by meds in vaporizer? If you mean a nebulizer, they are desigend for rather short term use. If your talking about room humidifiers, again i'm not sure about what drugs you mean., please clarify.

Not really: Vaporizer are usually useless. Check with your lung doc. Tio, inhaled steroids, beta agonists and so on are useful.
