Cetirizine: Cetirizine or zyrtec (cetirizine) can sedate some people, so i usually suggest taking it at night at first. The sedation only affects 13% of folks, though, so if you tolerate it well, you can take it any time. Beware of driving if antihistamines sedate you. It's the same penalty as alcohol in most states.
