Individualized: When i take zyrtec (cetirizine), (cetirizine) i feel sleepy. Thus, i take my zyrtec (cetirizine) at night time so it will not interrupt my daily activity. Some other people don't experience any drowsiness/sleepiness- then they can take any time they want.
