My allergies are more severe this spring. i take allegra in the early morning and early evening. may i take zyrtec in the afternoon?

Allegra and Zyrtec act the same in your body. If your allergic symptoms are mainly sneezing and eye irritation you can use Flonase for nasal symptoms and Patanol eyedrop for your eyes, both are sold over the counter.

Good rain helps clear pollen from the air, so getting out after rain is better than on dry windy days.
