Get checked.: Burning with urination is due to inflammation of the lower urinary tract. This has many causes, but the most common are related to infection. Sexually transmitted infections such as gonorrhea & chlamydia are important causes. Urinary infections of the bladder or prostate also present with this symptom. Get evaluated as infections require treatment to clear & prevent spread.
