Hives: Hives occur when fluid from your blood vessels and capillaries becomes trapped underneath your skin, causing localized swelling and redness. Hives can be large or small and resemble mosquito bites. An individual with hives may also experiences itching and significant discomfort. Treatment is with antihistamines. Since i can not see your rash I am only guessing.
