Is it normal to feel a little dizzy in the.morning when i took .25 mg of lorazepam d night before?

Not really: The dosage (0.25 mg) is small, and low-dose Lorazepam usually wears off within 4 hours or so. I suppose your morning dizziness could possibly be due to the lorazepam, but i would suspect other causes (other medications, illness, dehydration, etc). Try asking your prescribing doctor about it.
