There's hope: First you need help figuring what kind of dizziness you have: lightheadedness or unsteadiness or vertigo. Then you try to find the cause. Medication side effects is a possibility but not after 6 months of stopping the medicine. If you have daily symptoms and it persists, it is worthwhile to consult a doctor like a neurologist or internist.
