Dizzy: it can lose effectiveness , it may help a little with dizziness. The anti vert prescribed will help better with dizziness episodes.

Lorazepam...: Is unhelpful for labyrinthitis typically. While meclizine is better for vertigo, it's usually for prophylactic approaches rather than treatment.
