Gilbert syndrome : This is a condition where total bilirubin will go up under stress. Sleeping only 5 hrs per day could considered stress to the body.

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped if you had given the bilirubin level. If it is below 5.0 mg and stable, do not worry. For the long-term you need to get more sleep for your general health.
