Depends: Depends on how large of an injury, and which organ or area is bleeding. Sometimes the bleeding stops on its own, sometimes can bleed and die in minutes.

What is bleeding?: Dying from internal bleeding depends on the rate of the bleeding and the medical condition of the patient. In some cases like a ruptured abdominal aneurysm the rate of bleeding is fast and death can occur quickly. If a pt has poor lungs or heart even a mild rate of bleeding could cause enough stress to cause death quickly.
