how long should the procedures of diagnostic laproscopy and cystoscopy with hydrodistention last?

Depends: Hydrodistention is done for diagnosis and treatment of interstitial cystitis, laparoscopy for many reasons, usually short procedures. More important is that they are done well and achieve the expected goals. If you are asking about results, some patients may go years in between hydrodistentions.
