Overall: Cystoscopy isn't a particularly risky procedure. I know that doesn't make it any bit less anxiety provoking, as undergoing any procedure(sometimes even just blood draws) can be very stressful. You may want to review any of your concerns with your urologist to help allay any fears you might have. But if your anxiety is that bad, review this with your primary care to come up with a solution.
