Chronic pain/hernia: With 2 months of symptoms you have something chronic. Your colon/cecum, appendix, a kidney, ureter and loops of small bowel are located in your right lower abdomen. An inguinal hernia is also possible. Okay to check for lumps/bulges that come and go. Okay to get checked out by your doc. If you develop fever or vomiting, go in to your doc asap.
