More info: I would start by seeing a doctor who gives more information. You probably need to have more testing before deciding how much to worry and how it needs to be treated.

I saw my recent CT angiogram and it shows bibasilar atelectasis. It also showed that 2 years ago as well. The doctor wasnt looking for that So no one ever mentioned it to me. should I be concerned? I have lupus too
My union has us do a health screening before retiring & I just had the CT Scan. In the lung portion of the results, it states: "BIBASILAR RETICULATIONS." I can't find info on what this means? (my results do not get forwarded to a doc for explanation?
What do cysts on lungs mean? I don't have tb or cystic fibrosis I had a ct scan done and it says their are several cysts and a pluralparenchymal scar
