Will mri scan have any effect on the baby during the early stages of pregnancy. (6 weeks)?

No: Many are confused by past worries about radiation & exposure to the fetus, but a MRI has no radiation to begin with.The big machines are kept in the radiology department, but the active energy uses is magnetism which has no effect on a fetus at all at any stage of pregnancy.
