Overactive bladder: Overactive bladder =urgency, with or without urge incontinence, usually with frequency and nocturia. Frequency =urinating more than 8xday. The true cause of oab is unknown and its symptoms overlap with other bladder conditions, including interstitis or bladder tumors. Since it is bothering you, i suggesting consulting your doc or urologist for eval and treatment. Good luck.

Increased frequency : Increased urination or increased frequency is the question to be answered. Each problem has a separate answer. Increased urination reflects increased water intake or the retaining of water in your body abnormally during the day. For example heart failure would cause water retention while standing if the heart failure was moderate. Being on statins can cause failure. See your md.

You need to see MD: You need to see your doctor, you are only 24 and have frequent urination, even at night. It may be that you have prostatitis or some metabolic problem like diabetes mellitus or diabetes insipidus it just can not be your diet or drinking too much fluid consult your doctor asap to find the cause.
