Wellbutrin (bupropion) seizures: For people taking wellbutrin (bupropion) up to 450 mg per day, the risk of seizures is approximately 4 in 1000 (or .4%). It's less if you take sr (1/1000) or xr. If you've had head trauma, eating disorder (bulimia or anorexia), have a seizure disorder already, or a brain tumor, your risk is higher. Your doctor should be assessing and discussing these risks with you.

Low risk: With no history of seizures in the past it is very unlikely. The risk of seizures is higher at large doses, especially over 450 mg.
