Not at this time: Rx is to treat the diabetes (can be difficult), pain relief, supplemental enzymes, avoiding alcohol, sometimes surgery.

Pancreas and ICT: Yes, it is however diabetes is an exclusion criteria. Also it is recommended to discuss with a pancreas expert to make sure there is enough parenchyma to do the ict.
