Not unusual at all: It is not uncommon at all for people trying to lose wt to plateau as it were while losing. However, if you are consistent with calorie restriction and activity increase eventually you will lose more weight. Just be patient and persistent. Also reanalyze things objectively and see if you are still being consistent. This often helps.

CONGRATULATIONS: Well done now about the other 16 pounds. We do not want to loose muscle so please get your body fat checked (25% for a woman is good). If you are at 25% great if not increase the exercise and decrease the calories. Keep your proteins up.
