3 months: Assuming you had this fixed surgically (these are generally operative fractures), most patients are feeling pretty good by 3 months. I keep patients non-weight bearing for six weeks after surgery (but get them going with therapy within a couple of weeks), and at the six week point i allow them to gradually advance their weight bearing in a cam boot (which looks like a ski boot).
