My 6yo is on pulmicort 0.5, bid. pre-op instructions are tid. missed a dose. can i give dose in 5 hr intervals?

That would be fine: Pulmacort is a membrane stabilizing agent that is commonly given twice a day as more frequent dosing doesn't seem to add much. If you need to get another dose to meet with your drs plans it is fine to give it.
