Pulmicort: The 0.5 mg dose is once a day. You can give half the dose every 12 hours, so you could give 0.25 mg dose now.

Give it : Pulmacort at .5 mg twice daily is common for symptomatic kids @ 6. A third dose if desired by your treating team is fine.
