His prescription?: Both Pulmicort and albuterol are to 4 year olds regularly; however, you should only give it to him if it is his prescription and you have the instructions for him as prescribed by his pediatrician.

Yes: These drugs can be mixed together in the same nebulizer treatment. I am assuming they were both prescribed for your son? The Pulmicort should be used a maximum of twice daily.
