I have muscle pains in my lower extremities, arms, neck/shoulder blades. i hv cardiyopathy, diabetic and hypothyroid. i had retroperitoneal bleed after an angiogram. i am taking iron. what could cause?

Could be a number: It could be from a number of things such as pinched nerves, statin myopathy if you are on cholesterol meds, hypothyroidism, etc. Talk to your doctor to better what is going on.

Too many symptoms: Aches and pains all over like this suggest more of a systemic problem, and not likely a neck/back problem. Endocrine problems are suspect: parathyroid or thyroid disease, the latter could be undermedicated. Vascular disease (pad) could certainly explain leg symptoms and weakness. Heart failure could also explain. Bottom line, face-to-face with your cardiac or endocrine docs is a must here.
