I have a pea sized lump inside a swollen pouch at my suprasternal notch as well as inability to tolerate heat, extreme fatigue, and weight gain. i am hypothyroid but us showed normal thyroid. labs unremarkable. what could it be?

The "lump" may be a lymph node, however, that does not address your symptoms. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
