I had hydrocelectomy 2 weeks back & am having varying fever 99-101. wbc counts are also high-17000 but doctors couldn't find any infection. is it ok?

Yes it's OK.: I presume all the cultures for blood, urine ; sputum were negative. If there are no other symptoms like abdominal pain , cough, loss of appetite, weight loss etc, more likely the low grade temperature and the high white count are related to the hydrocoelectomy. Take care!
