General anesthesia: Thus ur unconscious during surgery so you don't feel anything during the operation. Small scrotal incision is made which is sutured with absorbable sutures. Post-operative pain should not be severe ; controlled with percocet. You can also ask surgeon to inject Lidocaine into spermatic cord ; under scrotal skin to minimize post-operative pain. Tight dressing ; rest 4 few days speeds recovery.
