Not likely: Bppv is a benign disorder of your balance center. Its symptoms are limited to vertigo. If your bf is having numbness in his arm, that is a more likely due to a problem with his cervical spine. Either the bbpv diagnose is incorrect or he has two completely different problems. In either case he should be seen. The arm complaints are concerningz.
