I was diagnosed with rt and left upper infaltrates in my left lung about 3days ago. i realize this is serious and requires rest. my ques is how long should i wait before returning to my gym even for elyptical?

Infiltrates can: Mean pneumonia, and possibly aspiration. I don't have teh x-rays, the blood work, or know you. Get your doctor to explain the potential causes, implications and when to return to your routine.
